Once in a cannabis-fueled reverie I was trying to remember the name of the skanky little diner that used to be inside the Brooklyn LIRR terminal. The best I could come up with was Brelreck’s. “Breakfast at Brelreck’s” ended up as the title of a short story and a CD by The Maggies. There’s more to the story but too much to get into here.
